ABOUT THE SLATE VASE:
This artistic product offers a wonderfully low maintenance way to have longer-lasting arrangements. The shallow profile concept is based on an Ikebana style vase from Japan - with our unique addition of the natural stone.
Each piece of raw SLATE is handpicked carefully for its quality and durability. Then undergoes a rigorous process of being hammered, shaped and drilled – The result is a sturdy artisan piece crafted with love and care.

As every vase is a one-off, please know it cannot be recreated.

SIZE – LARGE:
- STANDARD hole in slate and 38 mm Kenzan (spikes).
- LARGE water reservoir under slate (17cm diameter)
The LARGE sized vases are versatile and can display short, medium and tall arrangements.
This vase can add that natural touch to any decor. It is lovely as a table centrepiece and with shorter stems, easily allows for dinner table conversation.
The large size also has stability (with a wide 17cm saucer underneath) and handles often tricky top-heavy flowers (e.g. Birds of Paradise) with ease.
Note: If a stem droops over time, it is simple to trim stem(s) shorter or use a supporting branch.
